Shipping policy

In many cases kit products are made to order and may take 7-10 business days to ship.

Once ready we will determine the most efficient way to ship your product. Our methods are via USPS (First Class or Priority), FedEx (Ground), UPS (Ground), or via courier/freight carrier at our discretion. In most instances POD and Home School kits will ship via freight or courier and will require an adult home to accept scheduled delivery.

In some instances we may require additional shipping fees due to a remote address, limited access, or for locations in HI and AK. We will not charge you any additional shipping fees without talking to you first and getting your permission. However if we are unable to contact you within 72 hours we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

All orders returned due to refused delivery or undeliverable status as determined by our carrier, including user mis-keyed or incorrectly provided addresses, will be refunded less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
